Welcome to Villa Santa Caterina, a lovingly restored 18th-century farmhouse nestled in the hills of Umbria, the green heart of Italy. Available for weekly or monthly rental and sleeping up to 10 guests, the Villa is a genuine home-away-from-home. Our many return guests appreciate the traditional and spacious rooms, large infinity pool with breathtaking views, and ideal location to discover the food and culture of the region.
The Estate
Perfect for gatherings of family and friends, Villa Santa Caterina offers two properties on the Estate: the Main Villa and Shai’s Cottage. The bright and spacious interiors are thoughtfully decorated in traditional Umbrian/Tuscan style, with exposed timber beams, pale terracotta floors, Oriental rugs, and beautiful antique furnishings from artisans throughout Italy.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large spacious lounge area on the ground floor, first floor sitting room. Fully fitted kitchen, two patios with outdoor seating.

Shai's Cottage

Mezzanine bedroom with queen bed, double sofa bed in living area. Kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor seating area. Sleeps up to 4.

The property offers numerous spaces to relax outdoors and enjoys the views and sunshine. The Main Villa's kitchen offers both indoor and outdoor dining tables, and there is a furnished patio area on each side of the house. Shai's cottage also offers outdoor seating.
