The Main Villa sleeps up to 6. As you approach this 18th Century stone house, it may be hard to believe that it was literally in ruins, up until 1996, when the current owner purchased it.

Years of rebuilding, restoring and refurbishing with authentic, period-correct materials followed. The rebuilt house had to comply with modern building codes and historic building standards in every respect, including resistance to seismic activity. The Villa offers virtually every modern amenity, while maintaining their historic look and character.

Surrounded by forests and farmland, Villa Santa Caterina offers sweeping views in every direction. There’s complete privacy when desired, on this hilltop estate. Main Villa

Villa Santa Caterina sleeps 6. There are two queen-bedded rooms with ensuite bathrooms on the Villa’s second floor - The Master Bedroom and the Blue Room. A cozy sitting room with a wood burning fireplace, a small library of books, a TV, and a large selection of movies, is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The twin-bedded Yellow Bedroom and a bathroom, are located on the ground floor level.

The Villa’s main living area occupies the ground floor, offering a specious, fully equipped eat-in- kitchen, a dining room with comfortable seating for 10, a delightful patio for alfresco dining, and a large living room with an open fireplace. There are several additional patios throughout the property, each comfortably furnished and each offering a different panoramic view.
